Lebanon Cemetery is located about a mile north of the small town of Lebanon. This dove sits on a scroll on the Woodmen of the World headstone of J.F. Burnett.

The inscription records Mr. Burnett's death on March 7, 1909 at age 46. The epitaph engraved below speaks of the peace the dove represents: "No pain, nor grief, no anxious fear can reach the peaceful sleeper here."

The dove has its wings spread and has an olive branch in its beak.
