This wood "Welcome to Purcell" sign declares that Purcell is "The 'Heart' of Oklahoma." The slogan and red heart are enclosed in an outline of the State of Oklahoma. "Welcome to Purcell" is hand-carved into the sign, with 'Purcell" in cursive. The entire sign, trimmed in blue, is perched on a brick planter and surrounded by neatly-trimmed hedges.
