This is a brass survey monument, located near the southwestern corner of the Festival Bridge in Stratford carrying Lakeside Drive over the Avon River, and is installed flush into the concrete sidewalk.

The benchmark has seen some directional scuffing and abrasion but is still quite legible exhibiting a bright yellow brass colour with minimal corrosion or discolouration.
