On the SW corner of NW 39th Expwy and Council Ave is a little coffee shop, Aloha Shave Ice and Coffee Shoppe. On the east side, facing Council Ave, is a photo cut-out. The face holes are VERY small, so I guess it is for kids. Just to the south along the building there is a surfboard set on a pedestal in front of a mural of the sea with big waves. This is for a different photo opportunity, take a picture of yourself "virtual surfing".
