Little Law Firm Flatiron - Madill, OK - Flatirons on Waymarking.com

State Highway 70 runs through the middle of Madill at an angle, leaving this plot of land with an angled side along N. 1st Street (Hwy 70). This is a two-story brick building with a canted entrance at the corner of W. Lillie and N. 1st. The Little Law Firm occupies the building, and has large lettering mounted above the entrance. There are additional office entrances along W. Lillie addressed 204 and 204, however the windows are tinted and there was no signage, so it is believed that the law firm occupies the entire building.

We were unable to determine the age of the building. It's styling on the second level is of an older building, however, the ground floor is definitely modernized. All windows are fixed and window units have multiple panes.
