The Mannsville post office was first established in August 1888. This is a one-story red brick building with a shallow gable roof. It is located at 101 N. 20th Street, just off Highway 177/199.

The town is named for the Mann family, early settlers. It was originally part of the Chickasaw Nation, but was incorporated in 1898. The town is agricultural, however, because of its close proximity to the Texoma/Washita Wildlife Management area, and nearby Lake Texoma, it attracts any outdoor enthusiasts.

The post office is open Mon-Friday from 12:30 to 4:30 and on Saturday morning from 9:00-9:30 and closed on Sunday. The lobby and post office boxes can be accessed 24/7.
