The Living Prairie Museum is a 13 hectare tall-grass prairie preserve and nature park. It is one of three Winnipeg locations on Manitoba's Pine to Prairie Birding Trail. The preserve includes a walking trail through the prairie. Visitors can look for grassland birds including Great Crested Flycatcher, Warbling Vireo, Gray Catbird, Clay-colored Sparrow, Le Conte’s Sparrow, Yellow Warbler and Western Meadowlark.
