This World War 2 Memorial is located in Covert, Michigan on the corner of 34th Avenue and M-140 Highway. The Memorial consists of 3 Flags: United States, State of Michigan and POW/MIA and a large black polished granite slab. The granite slab has engravings that read:"The citizens of Covert Township with solemn pride and reverent gratitude honor those who gave their lives to win W.W. 2 1941-1945 William O.
