Soroptimist International Marker in the entrance area of the Radison Blu Hotel 'Fürst Leopold' in Dessau-Roßlau.
The club was founded on 14 June 2009 by 23 women in Dessau-Roßlau and was thus the 189th club in Germany. In the meantime there are 29 members.
The club meetings take place monthly.
Donations are used to support a variety of social and cultural projects in the city and region.
The children's aid project Kleine Arche (Little Ark) in Dessau is based on the initiative of the club.
