Long Description:

"Osoyoos Real Estate - The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake
Osoyoos is the southernmost town in BC and has long been established as a popular destination with sun seekers from Alberta, the Lower Mainland, and other parts of BC. For decades it’s been synonymous with orchard fruit, swimming, boating, waterskiing, and other activities that define summer. This semi-desert region also offers excellent hiking and biking in autumn and spring, skiing in winter, and golfing through most of the year. In recent years the wine culture has flourished, with some of Canada’s most respected and often awarded wineries and farm-to-table restaurants located in The Cottages’ backyard.

The lifestyle is enviable, whether you choose to live here year-round or use it as a vacation home. Located on the shores of Canada’s warmest lake, The Cottages boasts a sandy beach and marina, a community center with two pools, and a hot tub. Future homebuyers will value this exceptional opportunity just as highly as you do."

"Adirondack chair
The Adirondack chair is an outdoor lounge chair with wide armrests, a tall slatted back, and a seat that is higher in the front than the back. It is named after the Adirondack Mountains. The original design featured a small number of flat wooden boards, with the seat support combined with the rear legs. Adirondack chairs are now often made by injection moulding and can take any form.

In Canada, this is called a Muskoka chair."

The first Adirondack chair was designed by Thomas Lee while vacationing in Westport, New York, in the Adirondack Mountains in 1903.
