Key West Cemetery is located about 3-1/2 miles southeast of Stroud on County Road 3580. The cemetery was established in the late 1800's with the oldest burial being an unnamed infant buried in 1897. The most recent burial was Elizabeth McFee buried in 1998.
The cemetery and the access from the road was heavily grown up with weeds and we were unable to approach the cemetery. It doesn't look like it has been tended in many years. From the Find a Grave records, we found three family names quite prominent. There were 12 members of the Brooks family buried between 1908 and 1995, with the latest being Charles A. Brooks. There were 9 members of the Todd family, buried between 1910 and 1963, and 5 of the Yeldell family, buried from 1903 to 1940.
