The Oak Ridge Winery tasting facility is located inside a beautiful 50,000 gallon California redwood tank. As a tank, it’s so big that earlier owners gave it the name of Das Weinhaus or “The Wine House.” As a tasting room, it makes a very cozy place in which to enjoy the wide variety of Oak Ridge Winery wines. Tasting wine inside an actual wine barrel, complete with a tasting bar, and merchandise displays, is unique in my experience. The wines are reasonably priced, and tasty too!
