This is a cute fishing-themed Little Free Library, located at the entrance to the Cowley County Historical Museum. The back of the structure has a painting of four children, carrying fishing gear, with a big sun in the background, presumably rising. Both sides of the library show a dozen fish, painted in red, orange and yellow on a pale blue background.
Three shelves inside the structure allow for a variety of book sizes. On the day of our visit, there were almost exclusively children's books.
