Hillside Park was well named. The basketball court is at the top of hill, near Bell High School where some players might find much nicer spots to play basketball. This court dates back to the 1960s. I suspect that the surface has been redone many times. Presently, there are no painted lines. Thanks to the mature forest, the court is nicely shaded from the hot sun.
