Maximum altitude at my location was 61° at 03:02:47.
Predicted magnitude was -3.3
It continued SE and passed over Vulture1957 watching in Bethany, OK at 05:08:40 at 47° above the horizon at a brightness of -2.7. From Des Moines, WA to Bethany, OK is 5 min 17 secs of ISS flight time, for 1509.68 miles.

Conditions in Des Moines were 60 degrees, mostly clear, calm winds

I stayed up a little past my bedtime to catch this one. While I hoped to catch a glimpse of Comet Neowise, that was my only disappointment. Mars was out as was a rising crescent moon in the east. It took longer than expected to spot the ISS. I saw it just past the maximum altitude as it passed through the constellation Cassiopeia, which was my main landmark (skymark?). It was very bright and I was able to track it for about 4 minutes until it dropped below the local tree line.
