Komunikace by Radomír Dvorák

The artwork on the roundabout was placed in 2016 as a symbol of the twinning between Brielle and de
Czech town of Havlíckuv Brod.
The blocks represent communication (komunikace) between both cities. A walk around the roundabout brings different women on the eight corners of the blocks in close proximity. Two of them communicate permanently with each other. The others communicate with the spectators, with themselves or who knows with whom.
The Czech artist has elaborated the female figures from abstract to concrete, indicating the different phases in the creation of the artwork. The artwork is an initiative of the Havlíckuv Brod Brielle Committee (HBBC).
