Location of Memorial: N. Oak St. & E. Main St., courthouse lawn, Union.

The relief of a saddl with boots backward and the hanging saber csignify the last ride of a cavalry trooper.
Today, it is used to honor all veterans..but on the memorial tey are in relief upon the black stone stone.
