The largest beach in Baiona, with more than 1.3 km in length, very well equipped for tourism. It is located at the beginning of this Council. It is surrounded on one side by the Miñor river with its estuary, marshes and its mouth, configuring a wetland of great ecological wealth both for its fauna and flora, well preserved and protected. On its north face the sea, an area used by bathers. It also preserves part of the dune structure, currently in the process of recovery. The beach area closest to the Villa is used as an anchorage for artisanal fishermen and bivalves live in its sands, which are collected by professionals, being totally prohibited to those who do not appear in the census of shellfish collectors of the Baiona Brotherhood. Ladeira beach is arranged in a semi-urbanized environment. Open, windy beach with moderate waves and fine-grained white sand. It has a crescent shape and is guarded. Good car parks and a first-class campsite on the sandy shore that reaches the mouth of the Miñor.

La mayor playa de Baiona, con más de un 1,3 km de longitud muy bien equipada para el turismo. Se encuentra al inicio de este Concello. La circunda por un lado el río Miñor con su estuario, marismas y su desembocadura, configurando un humedal de gran riqueza ecológica tanto por su fauna como por su flora, bien conservada y protegida. Por su cara norte la mar, zona utlizada por los bañistas. Conserva también parte de la estructura de dunas, actualmente en proceso de recuperación. La zona de playa más proxima a la Villa se utiliza como fondeo de pescadores artesanales y en sus arenas viven bivalvos que son recolectados por profesionales, estando totalmente prohibido a aquellos que no figuren en el censo de mariscadores de la Cofradía de Baiona. El arenal de Ladeira se dispone en un entorno semiurbanizado. Playa abierta, ventosa, con oleaje moderado y arena de color blanco y grano fino.. Tiene forma aconchada y está vigilada.Buenos aparcamientos y un camping de 1ª categoría en la lengua de arena que llega a la desembocadura del Miñor.
