Rose Hill Cemetery, on the east side of Harrison, Arkansas, dates back to the late 1860s and over half of the graves here are over fifty years old. The oldest go back to veterans of the Spanish-American War, and many Civil War veterans are buried here. The headstones are made from an unusually wide variety of stone, and there are a few "graves of the unknown" in the cemetery. Originally called Harrison Cemetery, the name was changed to Rose Hill Cemetery in 1924.
