This two story brick building dates to 1893 and has housed a succession of banks, an antique mall, two Italian restaurants and a hotel.

Built for the Bank of Deming on the corner of Silver and Pine, the building featured a hotel on the upper floor which had an entrance on Pine Street. The hotel was eventually converted to upscale apartments and the first bank was succeeded by the Mimbres Valley Bank and the National Bank of Deming. The building was just a block south of the Union Train Station and Harvey House and thus a significant part of Deming's commercial landscape.
