Hannibal City Hall Mural featuring Mark Twain characters. Finished just in time for the 2020 4th of July Celebration. This is a very large mural.

"This project was approved by Hannibal's City Council to utilize that east facing wall of Hannibal’s City Hall to create a mural designed by Missouri Artist, Ray Harvey. This mural will take a large step towards bringing back Broadway utilizing this exposed and weather worn wall. Ray has created the most murals in Missouri at over 500 murals. In his experience these murals create a feel good sense for communities that they can take pride in and is excited to take on this massive 70 foot wide and 40 foot tall mural.
