Built as a home and office for Dr. Eiremann, was purchased by Fred & Debbie Callaway in 1986 and made into an Italian restaurant named Brewskies. When Debbie passed away, Fred lost interest in the restaurant, selling it. It was not the same with new owners, and eventually closed.

About 2015 Chef Lee Gustin purchased the old building and remodeled the inside and turned it into a classy bistro. Chef Gustin is a professional chef with a long list of credits and a diploma from The Restaurant School of Philadelphia, while serving in the U.S. Navy, stationed at Willow Grove, PA.

The biding itself is on mMai St. (Boonslick Rd) and the exterior is the same as when built.
