This colourful, and rather tall, font cover, made of oak, is in the 15th century East Anglian style. Rising to an impressive height, it terminaes level with the sill of the west window.

The cover is hexagonal in shape, replicating the hexagonal font below, and has a two-stage spire above it. The lower spire is decorated in red, blue and gold with numerous piercings. The second stage continues, less ornate but in proportion to the stage below.

The cover is dedicated to the memory of Francis Herbert Pratt, Churchwarden from 1902 to 1935.
