The Bailey County Courthouse is found in Muleshoe, Texas on the corner of Ave C and First Street. Constructed in 1925 in the "Classical Revival" style by architect M. C. Butler, it replaced a wood-frame courthouse erected in 1917. A cornerstone names the County Judge and the four Precinct Commissioners of that date. The courthouse lawn hosts a veterans memorial and several historical markers.
