Oliver Cemetery is well established with interesting old headstones. There is a Veterans section, and a Scattering Garden. There are approximately 4,200 interments that are graced by towering trees and well maintained grassy areas. There are numerous dedicated benches and dedicated trees, and a memorial garden with a gazebo.

The Oliver Cemetery is located within the Okanagan-Similkameen Regional District. The cemetery was established in the late 1800s as the first known burial was Millie Porter in 1870.

The Oliver veterans section is located toward the back of the cemetery near the Scattering Garden. There are approximately 300 graves with flat markers. The Royal Canadian Legion "Lest We Forget" is inscribed on a plaque near the flags.
