This is suburbia that has grown up around a busy intersection at FM 2499 and FM 407, full of shops and restaurants. There are a good number of drainage ponds along Chinn Chapel Rd, prettied up as fountains, and these make a good hangout for all kinds of critters, including ducks and geese.
