George Robert (Bob) Dawson Jr was a Park Township volunteer firefighter for more than 34 years. The memorial includes a warning siren that has a Manufactured by Federal Enterprises, Inc., formerly Federal Electric Company Inc., tag. The plaque is mounted on what appears to be a section of a running board cut from a fire truck.
