Sucre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and it's full of history and beautiful buildings. By the main square - Plaza 25 de Mayo - there is an university museum, hosted in a historical building. It's managed by Universidad Mayor de San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca.
Visit is guided only. A few rooms set up as in a house from the 19th Century. The collection came from the original donor, Dr. Alfredo Gutiérrez Valenzuela, enriched later with a few items.
Beautiful spaces. Pay attention to details. It's a bit awkward to have the guide waiting for the visitor to finish observing each room. Some undesirable pressure.
