Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present corner bears N 0.8°W from T15S R12E S9 10 15 16 COR, 1330' distant.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on steel post, rising 10" in a collar of stones
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found two western junipers with BEARING TREE tags.The corner is 55" E of a fence which extends N and 24" S of a fence which extends E-W. In addition, there is an L-post with painted-blue top, 16" E of the present corner.
What property is this mark defining?:
private properties, N; else BLM land
