This brick and marble memorial is located in the Monroe Cemetery. The Memorial consists of a brick frame holding two large slabs of marble. Front and back, the only inscription reads:
IN MEMORY OF ALL SERVICE PEOPLE
There is a listing, completely filling the front and half of the back, of names, I assume, of people from Monroe, who have served in the military. On the front of the memorial is mounted an old rifle - I think an M1 Girand.
Type of Memorial: Non-Specific Memorial

Marker Text: In Memory of All Service People
Date of dedication: Unknown
Who Put it Here?: Unknown - possibly Fred Slayden Post 363
