[DE] Dieses 3D-Modell der Niederburg und Oberburg mit dazugehöriger Kapelle sowie vereinzelten Häusern des Ortes befindet sich in der Ruine der Niederburg.
Neben den Erläuterungen an der Seitenwand gibt es noch eine Metallplatte, die Sehbehinderten die einzelnen Gebäude, etc. in Blindenschrift beschreiben.
"Sie befinden sich auf der Niederburg Kobern. Das untere Geschoss des ursprünglich dreigeschossigen Palas ist teilweise aus dem Fels gehauen. In den beiden Obergeschossen lassen sich Fenster mit Sitznischen, Balkenlöchern, eine Zwischendecke sowie ein Kamin erkennen.
Den Bergfried und die Kapelle der Oberburg sehen Sie in nordöstlicher Richtung auf der Anhöhe.
Der auf einem Felssockel errichtete trapezförmige Bergfried hatte seinen Eingang ursprünglich an der Südseite in Höhe des ersten Obergeschosses. Der ebenerdige Zugang und der Zinnenkranz wurden später hinzugefügt.
Zur Versorgung der Burg mit (Regen-) Wasser diente die im Burghof gelegene Zisterne. Das Wasserbecken wurde fast vollständig aus dem Felsen geschlagen."

"You are at Niederburg Kobern. The lower floor of the originally three-storey palace is partly hewn out of the rock. The two upper floors have windows with seating niches, holes in the beams, a false ceiling and a fireplace.
You can see the keep and the chapel of the upper castle in a north-easterly direction on the hill.
The trapezoidal keep, built on a rock base, originally had its entrance on the south side at the level of the first floor. The ground-level entrance and the crenellation crown were added later.
The cistern located in the castle courtyard served to supply the castle with (rain) water. The water basin was almost completely cut out of the rock."
