San Pedro de Atacama is a small desert town in Chile, close to the border with Bolivia. Due the the features of the nearby desert and the Salar de Uyuno, in Bolivia, it became a main tourist location.
Here, there is a middle size fire house. It's a modern facility, well provided with means to effectively do its job. There are about 6 fire vehicles. It was built in 2012.
Note the beautiful mural painted on the back wall of the firehouse.
