This memorial stands in a small public park, near Salta's railway station.
There is a sculpture using a high relief technique and a poem of the author. The plaque shows the memorial was inaugurated on July 2012.
There is a second memorial on the same location dedicated to José Juan Coco Botelli who was a man of culture with works in poetry and a journalist.
