There is a park bench here, an odd place in front of a parking lot, but it might be a good place to take a break for those local residents who are stretching their legs with a walk through the area.
The eagles appear to be in flight, judging by the eagle on the left when facing the sculpture. Two of the three have their wings wide-open, while the third (at right) looks to be in in mid-flap. The finish looks really nice on the front, but the back and bottom of the sculpture could use a touch-up, the latter probably a result of lawn cutting equipment.
