The clock consists of four separate "windows" at the top right of the building. The background is black with glowing gold numbers.
The building is a 95 meter high office building in the Dutch city of Rotterdam. It was built for the Shell next to a previous building for that company and was therefore first known as Shell Building II. After Shell left both buildings in the 1990s, the building was vacant for a long time. In 2015-2016, it was renovated and renamed Hofpoort.
