A one-face white clock is approximately 30 feet above the ground at the entrance to Stillwater's Westwood Elementary. The school's new buildings were opened in the fall of 2019, and the total cost of the project was about $26 million. Approximately 600 students can be accomodated at this new school building. The brightly colored walls that face Highway 51 are easy to spot for drivers.
The clock has standard numerals in black, against the one white face that faces south. "Est. 1950" is printed just below the 12. The clock is in working order, and the time can be seen from quite a distance.
