Found on half-section of BLM land surrounded by Eagle Crest Resort.
Continue cross-country from WAYMARK WM12FJV.
Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present corner bears S 0.8°E from T15S R12E S15 C 1/4 COR, 2737' distant.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on steel post, rising 6"
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The quarter corner is in a fence which extends N-S. Found three western junipers with BEARING TREE tags. Of these, two have scribing painted red.
