In September, 2016, we were driving around Newton County visiting as many markers as possible. At the time I was especially interested in finding all the Centennial markers.

When we started out to find this one, I had an inaccurate coordinate and written directions. The marker is in a small cemetery and is easily seen from the road once you are right next to it. But, I recall the road is bumpy and the area is hilly and heavily wooded. Very scenic. Just keep your eyes peeled and you'll find it.

Oh, and I got a nice, much more accurate coordinate for it.

Marker Number: 14205
