Found on half-section of USDI-BLM land surrounded by Eagle Crest Resort.

Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present corner bears S 0.9°E from T15S R12E S9 10 15 16 COR, 2630' distant.
Type of survey mark: 3" brass cap on iron post, rising 3"
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The quarter corner is W, 30" distant from a corner of fences extending N-S and W. Found two western junipers with partly healed scribing, but no BEARING TREE tags.
