Det gamle vandtårn i Caroline Amalielund ligger på en udsigtshøj.
Vandtårnet er 22 m højt, bygget i 1913 og i brug indtil 1972. Vandtårnet er tegnet af arkitekt Viggo Norn. Nederst er tårnet forsynet med en række granitsnegle udført af kunstneren K. Hansen Reistrup. Arkitekt Norn tegnede tårnet således, at det øverst oppe var forsynet med en platform. Dermed var det også udsigtstårn for byens borgere. Der er ikke længere adgang til tårnet.
The old water tower in Caroline Amalielund is located on a hill.
The water tower is 22 m high, built in 1913 and in use until 1972. The water tower was designed by architect Viggo Norn. At the bottom is the tower with a series of granite snails made by the artist K. Hansen Reistrup. Architect Norn designed the tower so that it was provided with a platform at the top. Thus it was also a tower for the citizens. The tower is no longer accessible.
