The Cabildo of Salta is now a museum and it has a couple of carriages on display

The Cabildo de Salta it's a historical building from the colonial age. Nowadays it hosts the Museo Historico del Norte, a very fine small museum with several rooms and an diverse exhibit. In the farthest patio there are two carriages on display plus a coach used in the village of Cafayate for burials. All three are from the 19th Century.
