To locate this reference mark follow the road up to the parking area of the High Knob Observation Tower, at the end of the parking area is a wall and two sets of steps and a picnic table. The disk is mounted in a 3 x 5 foot boulder to the left of the steps which is the south side when facing north looking at the tower and 33 feet north from the wall and two feet north behind a wooden fence.
