The ground floor corner house N°37 stands out especially with decorated volute gables, which are undoubtedly the most decorative in the whole Bechyne. The house with a Gothic basement (14-15 century?) underwent a complex building development and each period left valuable building structures here. The perimeter masonry and some window niches are Renaissance, and the flap ceilings belong to the same period. Late-Baroque period (ca. 1770) are flat vaults with stucco mirrors and, above all, a pair of volute gables. Details from the 19th century have been preserved, such as Classicist window shutters with original fittings and doors. The house is on the list of Cultural Monuments since 1990.
