On Monday, July 5, 1999, a propeller was caught by the shrimp cutter ZK-36 and later that week by the shrimp cutter HA-44 a star-shaped aircraft engine. Both fishermen were unable to provide an accurate position of where both aircraft parts were found. With the HA-44 the engine had got stuck behind the shoe and at the end of the haul, when the nets came up, it was discovered that an engine was hanging on. If global position was specified; the area to the north of the tons of Zuiderstortemelk 8 and 14. As a geographical position; in the vicinity of 53º 19 'north latitude at 05º 05' east longitude.
The Bristol Pegasus XVIII engine may come from one of the above devices.
