This stamp is from a series of seven stamps issued in 2017 for city parks around Finland.
The stamp has been designed by illustrator and graphic designer Timo Mänttäri. For the stamp presenting Turku, Mänttäri chose the city view from Aurajoki to the Cathedral as the subject. When this particular stamp was issued, it did raise critism, why designer has left chuch without cross on top of it.
