Along Broadway Avenue North, the ICBC (Insurance Corporation of British Columbia) building is a brick structure, with ICBC offices occupying the southern half. Their familiar (to BC natives) blue and white sign is out front. If one were to walk south down the west (front) side of the building, then turn east at the southwest corner and look down, they would immediately see Benchmark 82C128. Just above ground level, it's really easy to spot.
