Benchmark 82C070 was monumented in 1982 in the foundation of the southwest corner of the northernmost section of the school. 82C070 is in the south wall, about 25 cm. below the siding and 52 cm. east of the southwest corner.

While the foundation has been painted grey at least once, the painter has managed to paint around 82C070, leaving it clearly visible.
