Mi Tio (means, "My Uncle") is located in the most popular street of San Telmo neighborhood, which is by itself one of the most popular in Buenos Aires. The crowd here is a mix, let's say, 75% locals, 25% tourists.
It's a picturesque business, with personal touches and gay colors. Cold beer, food, atmosphere. A good place to go.
