66C119 was monumented in 1966 on the Spuzzum Creek Bridge over, you guessed it, Spuzzum Creek. It was placed at the bottom of the north face of the bridge's northwest concrete corner post. Now it is right at ground level, the result of years of sand applied to the highway.
A relatively safe place to park would be at the far end of the guard rail, north of the bridge, on the west side of the highway.
