Along the stretch of Trans-Canada Highway between Boston Bar and Yale are
7 tunnels, built between 1957 and 1964, as part of the Trans-Canada Highway. From South to North the tunnels are: Yale (1963), Saddle Rock (1958), Sailor Bar (1959), Alexandra (1964), Hell's Gate(1960), Ferrabee (1964) and China Bar (1961).
66C133 was monumented in 1966 in the north face of the north end of the northernmost of the tunnels, China Bar Tunnel. It is in the centre of the east face, on the east side of the highway, just above ground level.
One may park just north of a utility building on the west side of the road, immediately north of the tunnel.
